Home prices are on the rise in Suffolk County.
A new report says the median home price hit a record high in May.
The average price of a single-family home is up to $690,000.
The number is up 6.2% from the same time last year, according to One Key MLS.
The same report says the housing market is cooling a bit in Nassau County.
The average price in May was $810,000. The number is still up from this time last year, but not a record high.
Nassau’s all-time high was $835,000. That number was hit last August.
