3 swimmers rescued from jetty in Long Beach, 2 hospitalized

The Long Beach Fire Department says three people were reported in distress at Monroe Boulevard Wednesday at 8 p.m.

Three swimmers were rescued from a jetty in Long Beach Wednesday, with two of them ending up hospitalized.
The Long Beach Fire Department says three people were reported in distress at Monroe Boulevard Wednesday at 8 p.m.
All of the swimmers were stuck on the end of the jetty and injured.
Their conditions are unclear this morning.
This is the third rescue after lifeguard hours in Long Beach this month. A total of 14 people have been rescued.
